Adolat began her career in insurance as an Account Assistant, in 2008, in EOS RISQ Uzbekistan LLC - the first international insurance and reinsurance broker in the Republic of Uzbekistan (renamed in GrECo JLT LLC in 2011).

Starting from 2009, Adolat was an Account Manager responsible for drawing up comprehensive insurance and reinsurance contracts, including Property Insurance, Business Interruption Insurance, Goods in transit and Liability, and negotiation with such major clients as local and international mineral fertilizers producers and mining companies.

She is skilled in claims handling of property and MB losses, also cargo and Carrier liability cases, including mineral fertilizers and grains transportation. She also participated in organizing of sampling and execution of different laboratory tests.
